All I can say is Aaron Taylor and Sue are my heros! You gotta read this all the way through to understand the lengths they will go to help! I lived with and took care of my elderly mother, her and I had a plan to slowly liquidate the stuff in her house, find her a group home then sell the house as it was getting physically difficult for me to care for her. Well our plan was switched into a high unexpected pace when our air conditioning broke in the middle of summer. My mother ended up in the hospital with heat stroke, I went to stay with my best friend across town. Our home warranty denied paying for the repairs and it was 2500! Not to mention i had a house full of belongings. Well it just happened that Aaron's office was literally next door to my best friends place. So I popped in one day and he happened to be there and agreed to help me sell the house. After a couple estate sales, which barely scratched the surface of items, I went over to the house to meet another realtor referred by them. Only to see that the house my parents worked so hard to buy had the front door kicked in and the whole place had been destroyed, so many things stolen. I got in the phone with both Aaron and Sue bawling! Aaron came across town that night to walk the house and see the damage. He even let me cry on his shoulder. But Aaron said this could be fixed, he would have some people come out, clean out the house to put it on the market. He even sent out a locksmith to replace all the locks and put in an alarm. The house sold fairly quickly and my mother got the maximum she could from the house. I have no words on how grateful I am to them! They shouldered so much of the burdens I was facing trying to sell my mom's house. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat!

They were both so knowledgeable and their experience and expertise helped me feel very comfortable through the entire listing, sale, and closing of my home. I can’t say enough great things about Aaron Taylor – The Real Estate Guy.
