Promenade at the Meadows is an active adult community that was built in the late 80s, with construction concluding in 1990. It has a 24-hour guard gate, which offers privacy and security to residents.

The community is located off South Decatur Boulevard and Meadows Lane, with Interstate 95 only half a mile away. The North Las Vegas Airport is about a 13-minute drive north.

This gives Promenade residents quick access to the city’s huge selection of shopping and entertainment. This includes the Las Vegas Strip, which is about 7 to 8 miles to the east.
For closer shopping, Promenade is ~1.5 miles from Meadows Mall. Meanwhile, nature lovers will appreciate the community’s close proximity to the famous Springs Preserve.
Other nearby destinations include Marianas Supermarket, Bill and Lillie Heinrich YMCA, and Arizona Charlies Decatur.

Sun City Summerlin is located on the western edge of the Las Vegas area, north of Summerlin and west of Desert Shores. The 215 Beltway runs directly past Sun City Summerlin on its western edge, while Summerlin Parkway intersects with the community’s southern portion.
West of Sun City Summerlin is the gorgeous Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area.

Location
Siena is located within Summerlin South and is only about a mile from the 215 Bruce Woodbury Beltway. This means residents have a quick shot to W Charleston Blvd, which they can take to The Strip and Downtown Las Vegas. Residents can also take the beltway south to Interstate 15.
West of Siena is the beautiful Red Rock Campground, Red Rock Canyon Overlook, and miles of preserved wilderness area.
East of Siena about 6 miles is Spring Valley.
The Siena community stretches from north-south from Flamingo Road to Tropicana Avene and east-west from Town Center Drive to Hualapai Way.

Sun City Aliante is located in North Las Vegas, about 3 miles east of Tule Springs and half a mile from the 215 Beltway. Sun City Aliante’s close proximity to the beltway gives residents quick access to Las Vegas’s main traffic veins.
