Located in Summerlin, Red Rock Country Club is a guard-gated community that offers an active environment for singles and families.

Within Red Rock Country Club is a residential neighborhood called The Village, which is a high-end development by Sunrise Colony Company.

2. The Summit Club

Located in Summerlin South, The Summit Club is an upscale guard-gated community that offers luxury homes with stunning views of Red Rock Canyon to the west and the Las Vegas Valley to the east.

Undoubtedly, this is one of the nicest golf communities in Las Vegas, in part due to the careful planning of residential properties around the Tom Fazio-designed golf course.

The Summit Club purports to be Las Vegas’ only private residential lifestyle club community in the city.

While other golf communities may argue this point, there is no denying that The Summit Club is one of the best, which is why it has seen so many sales over the last three years.

The Summit Club has a limited number of ultra-luxury residences, 260 in total, with properties including single-family estates, some resale homes, luxury condos, and more.

Prices range from $2MM to $10MM, with some estates costing even more.

Other amenities include 50+ acres of parks and excellent walking and biking trails. The walking path down Southern Highlands Parkway, for instance, is lit by LED lights. Very cool.

5. Anthem Country Club

Anthem Country Club is located in Henderson near the Black Mountains.

Homes built along the golf course provide residents with views of greenways as well as the beautiful desert landscape.

The community is guard gated and caters to affluent individuals and families in Henderson.

6. Canyon Gate

Canyon Gate is a 24-hour gated community with 500 homes. It is located on the west side of Las Vegas, close to Peccole Ranch and Summerlin.

The community’s central location offers quick access to numerous amenities.
