The Lakes Amenities
There are several amenities in and around The Lakes, as the community is strategically located near Summerlin, Spring Valley, and the Las Vegas Strip.

Within the community proper is The Lakes Town Center Plaza, which has its own restaurants, a pet store, a mini-market, and some other shops. Residents can also boat to the Lake Town Center, dock there, and buy groceries and other essentials if desired.
