ForSaleByOwner has been around for more than 20 years and is one of the original platforms that helped popularize the For Sale By Owner (FSBO) method.

The basic Do It Yourself listing is $0.

ISoldMyHouse.com is a nationwide FSBO website that makes it easy for sellers to list their homes on the MLS, as well as find real estate agents.

The company offers three options to home sellers. (1) Be your own agent with a flat fee MLS listing. (2) Work with a local real estate agent with negotiated discounts. And (3) get an offer from a pre-qualified cash buyer through ISoldMyHouse.com.

Is ISoldMyHouse.com Free?

No.

ISoldMyHouse.com is a paid service.

The Be Your Own Agent/Sell Yourself package costs $299 for the Get Listed option and $399 for the Get Sold option.

The $299 Get Listed option is good for rentals and 1 to 2-bedroom homes that don’t require a ton of photos. This option comes with 6 to 10 photos, a flat fee MLS listing, and syndication with Zillow, Realtor, Trulia, etc.

Additionally, with this option, you don’t pay any listing agent commission, your buyer leads get forwarded to you, and you can cancel your listing whenever you want.
