Inspirada is a master planned community in Henderson, Nevada that was opened in 2007 and now has around 3,500 households and 10,000 residents.
Although the community has approval to build as many as 8,500 homes, at present, it has fewer homes than this.
Inspirada is located quite close to the eastern wilderness areas of Black Mountain and the North McCullough Wilderness. Nearer to the community (also to the east) are Aventura Park and Madeira Canyon Park.
South of Inspirada is the Sloan Canyon National Conservation Area. West of Inspirada, you’ll find the Las Vegas Freeway and Sloan, Nevada.
North of Inspirada is the famous M Resort Spa Casino, the Henderson Executive Airport, Seven Hills, and NV-146. After passing NV-146, you reach Silverado Ranch.
Heading northeast from Inspirada 15 to 20 miles takes you to the heart of Henderson.
There are several amenities in and around The Lakes, as the community is strategically located near Summerlin, Spring Valley, and the Las Vegas Strip.
Shopping, restaurants, entertainment, recreation, and much more are all within a short distance.
Within the community proper is The Lakes Town Center Plaza, which has its own restaurants, a pet store, a mini-market, and some other shops. Residents can also boat to the Lake Town Center, dock there, and buy groceries and other essentials if desired.
Inspirada’s design makes it very walkable and a great place for outdoor activities, especially sports. Families with kids will likely love the parks, as well as the community’s regular social events.
Whether it’s watching a movie under the stars, browsing through local produce at the farmers’ market, or challenging oneself with marathons and bike rides, Inspirada has something excellent to offer residents.
