About Solera at Anthem
Located in Henderson, Nevada, Solera at Anthem is a thriving active adult community with more than 1,800 homes. The community, conceived by Del Webb, is part of the broader Anthem master-planned community.
Construction of homes in Solera began in 2004 and reached completion in the early months of 2008, and ever since, the community has been going strong.
A selling point for Solera at Anthem is its panoramic views. Additionally, Solera enjoys slightly cooler temperatures than the Las Vegas Valley, thanks to its lofty elevation. It’s about 1,000 feet higher than the Las Vegas Valley.
Solera at Anthem Location
Solera’s location is a prime draw for many residents. It is positioned quite close to Black Mountain Trailhead and the Sloan Canyon National Conservation Area, giving its residents access to miles of trails and recreational opportunities.
Compared to its sister community, Sun City Anthem, which is located north of Solera a couple of miles, Solera sits a bit closer to Black Mountain.
Residents of Solera who don’t do much trail hiking still get to enjoy remarkable views of the southern and eastern wilderness areas outside Henderson. They also benefit from some welcome distance from the hustle and bustle of Downtown Henderson, The Las Vegas Strip, and Downtown Las Vegas.

Solera is a thriving community with an active real estate market.
According to Solera Star Magazine’s July issue, Solera closed 38 sales within the first 5 months of 2023. Currently, there are a number of additional sales pending.

In June 2023, Solera had about 16 properties listed for sale, with prices ranging from $350K to $585K. There were also 7 houses listed for rent, with list prices hovering in the $1,800 to $1,900 range.

Anthem Country Club – The course at Anthem Country Club, designed by Hale Irwin and Keith Foster, is a 7373-yard par-72. Golf memberships are available to both residents and non-residents.
The Revere Golf Club – The two premier 18-hole courses at Revere Golf Club offer a unique challenge to golfers. The Lexington has a 7,143-yard, par-72 layout. The Concord Course, meanwhile, has a 7,034-yard par-72 layout. The Revere Golf Club is open to the public.
